“In preparing these financial statements, the directors have assessed the ability of the Company to continue to operate for a period of not less than 18 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Whilst the directors have reasonable expectations that the Company will continue to operate as a going concern, the Company is reliant on the on-going support from the Group and as such have received a letter of support for the Company from Phey Bidco Limited (the "Group").”
