Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors are of the opinion that the company has adequate working capital to execute its operations at least until 31 August 2026. When forming this opinion, the directors have considered factors which could materially impact the cashflows of the business (positively or negatively) along with plausible mitigating actions which could be taken by the company. Having taken these factors into consideration, the directors have made an informed judgement, at the same time as approving the financial statements, that there is a reasonable expectation the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. As a result, the directors have continued to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
