- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis since they have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in existence for at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. As at 31 December 2024, the company held a healthy positive cash balance of £2,974,000.”
Significant events
- “Subsequent to the balance sheet date, it was identified that a fellow group company has surrendered tax losses over a number of years to the Company for nil consideration. The tax benefit received from the loss surrender in each financial year is shown in the tax reconciliation in note 10. The fellow group company has received legal advice in relation to this matter and has taken appropriate measures to address and remediate the position by entering into an intercompany payment agreement with the Company after the balance sheet date for it to be compensated for the historic value transferred. The fair value of consideration to be paid to the surrendering company for the losses is being worked through as at the date of signing these financial statements. Once the final amounts are determined, the Company, in its next financial statements, will recognise an intercompany payable to the surrendering entity.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
