Affirmed

“The Company has net current liabilities but has been provided a financial letter of support from the ultimate parent company and has access to funds via a Group Treasury function, where cash can be made available on demand. The Directors have assessed that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence until at least twelve months after the approval of theses financial statements. Therefore, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-09-30 vs 2023-09-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
