“After making appropriate enquires, the Directors anticipate that the Company will have sufficient cash flows based on realisation of its business model to meet its obligations, as and when they fall due, for at least, twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. In addition, the Apex Group is supporting the Company by providing funding for the Company to pay its liabilities if the need arises and is expected to continue to do so as required for the foreseeable future.”
