“The Directors of the Company and Group have prepared group-wide profit and cash forecasts for the period to 31 December 2025 and have considered the potential effects of the current economic environment on the Company's performance, liquidity, and ability to meet its financial obligations. Based on this assessment, the Company is forecast to have available working capital at all times to meet its liabilities as they fall due, and the Directors consider that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis having reviewed any uncertainties that may affect the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for at least the next 12 months from the date these financial statements were approved. Consequently, the Directors are confident that the Company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
