“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Company has adequate liquidity to meet its obligations as they fall due. The Company holds a cash balance of £4,406,000 included in the group centralised treasury arrangement with VINCI Finance International, a Group company registered in Belgium. As a result, and even though globally everyone is confronted with some uncertainty, the Directors concluded that the Company has sufficient financial resources to continue as a going concern.”
