“Based on the Directors' assessment of the standalone cash flow forecasts of the Company up to and including 31 December 2026, the Directors have concluded that the Company is reliant on financial support from its Parent Company, Premier Research Holdings Inc. Accordingly, a letter of support has been provided by Premier Research Holdings Inc. confirming that it has the ability to and will provide financial support to the Company to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due for the period to 31 December 2026.”

Also, on 13 March 2024, the Company entered into a new USD 20,000,000 Revolving Credit Facility in connection with the New Credit Facility. No amount was drawn from the Revolving Credit Facility as of 31 December 2024.”
