Going concern
Affirmed

“The Company is a subsidiary of the wider Vibrantz International Group and has a strong cash and liquidity position. On the basis of their assessment of the Company's financial position and resources, the directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks. The Vibrantz International Group utilises a centralised treasury function and therefore cashflows and resources are transferred around the group as required. The ultimate parent entity has confirmed to the Group, which the Company is part of, that its intention to provide financial and other support to enable the Group, and therefore the Company, to meet its financial liabilities for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing. Therefore, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of the at least 12 months from the date these financial statements were approved. Thus, they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
