Nevertheless the directors are of the view that the ultimate parent undertaking will ensure that sufficient funds are available to settle any liabilities when they fall due. Should no support be forthcoming, the Company would cease to trade. On this basis, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis of accounting. Given the above, there is a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt as to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern and therefore it may be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.
