“Based on the arising opportunities with the proposals and orders booked in 2025, the directors consider that 2025 will represent a positive opcrational result for the company compared to 2024. Opportunities are present for the company to grasp with diversification and direct strategy, which continues to be implemented from 2025 with company-wide cost reductions. Alongside this the company remains in a Net Asset position with positive reserves. There is also confirmation from the ultimate parent company that the amounts owed to group undertakings will not be called for payment unless the company has adequate funds to repay.”
