“The Board has assessed the principal risks and uncertainties facing the Company. As at 31 December 2024, the Company had an excess of total assets over total liabilities and it solely acts as a property holding Company. The results forecasted for 2025 are consistent with the results for 2024. On that basis, the directors have concluded that there are no material uncertainties that would cast significant doubt over the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. For this reason, the directors consider it appropriate to continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
