Going concern
Affirmed

“As a wholly-owned subsidiary of the DAC Beachcroft Group the Company benefits from access to Group financing facilities and parental support if required. As a result, the assessment of going concern has been undertaken at the Group level. After making appropriate enquiries, including the consideration of the letter of support from the parent and the Company being in a net asset cash position, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. Accordingly, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-04-30 vs 2024-04-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
