- Going concern
- Affirmed
“As a consequence, after making the necessary enquiries, considering the forecasts and the availability of financial support from HBPO GmbH and Plastic Omnium, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of 12 months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue. Thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
Significant events
- “Recent commercial successes were to secure the FEM business for the next generation Mini, which launched in March 2024... and also the facelift version of the Bentley Continental, which also launched in 2024.”
- “Total volume in 2024 was down 38.7% due to the slow ramp up of a new project, which was launched in March 2024.”
- “The average number of employees reduced from 80 to 74 in the current year as a result of planned shift changes and new production patterns.”
- “During 2024 we installed a 300KWp solar array which is a tangible demonstration of that commitment.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
