Going concern
Affirmed

“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Our evaluation of the directors' assessment of the group's and parent company's ability to continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting included: Obtaining the directors' going concern assessment and evaluating the appropriateness of the assessment; Checking the arithmetical accuracy of the cash flow forecast and assessing the Group's historical forecasting accuracy; Reviewing the budgets and cashflow forecasts which cover the period to 31 March 2027 and challenging management's basis for the underlying assumptions in the forecasts, agreeing to supporting documentation such as license commitments, post year end bank statements, management accounts and regulatory news service announcements; Performing sensitivity analysis on the cashflow forecasts to assess the available cash headroom; Comparing management's forecasts to actual results subsequent to the year end and discussing variances to the forecast results; Verifying available cash resources including the post year end fund raising; Reviewing the external market factors affecting the group and its future economic viability and ensuring this is appropriately reflected in the forecasts; and Reviewing the adequacy of the disclosures in respect of going concern to ensure in line with the reporting requirements. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the group's or parent company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
