“The directors have produced a forecasting model for the going concern period to 31 March 2026. Following a detailed review of the forecasting model, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue to trade for not less than 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements and, as such, the directors believe that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. On 13 December 2024, the repayment date of the group's banking facilities were extended to 31 May 2026 and certain loan note redemption dates deferred. The directors also completed a forecast as at December 2024 for 15 months and noted that no covenants were expected to be breached with the bank over this time period. The directors consider that these commitments from the group's stakeholders demonstrate the continuing confidence and support our bank and investors have in the business and its potential for growth. The company has received a letter of support from the parent company, Mobility Group Topco Limited, confirming that it will support the Company for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
Significant events
- “The company has provided a guarantee in respect of the bank borrowings of its parent company. At 31 August 2024, the value of the parent company's net bank borrowings was £24,634,000 (2023: £23,968,000). This arrangement is reinforced by debentures secured against the company's assets.”
- “On 13 December 2024, the bank facilities for the entire group were amended. The amendment involved extending the termination date of the facilities from 31 May 2025 to 31 May 2026 and waiving the 20 November 2024 and 28 February 2025 scheduled capital and interest repayments to create greater working capital headroom for the group. A temporary overdraft facility of £500,000 was also provided to the group until 28 February 2025.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
