“The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. In assessing the going concern position of the Company, the directors have considered the ongoing political and economic situations and their impact on the cash flow and liquidity of the Company over the next 12 months, and the corresponding impact on the covenants associated with our financing arrangements. As at the balance sheet date the Company had cash reserves of £30,767,822 (2023: £32,137,133). The business is fully open, trading profitably and generating cash. The Company is reporting net current assets of £27,430,896 (2023: £19,950,011) and has produced financial and cash flow forecasts sufficient to demonstrate the business will continue to trade profitably and meet all liabilities as they fall due. Therefore the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting for the next 12 months in preparing the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
