- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Company is dependent on the on-going support of its parent and associated companies and its parent company, Ipsen Developments Limited, has confirmed that this will continue for a minimum of 12 months after the approval date of the financial statements. Accordingly, these financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “Revenue is nil for 2024 as the R&D work performed by the Company has now ceased. Research and development costs have decreased due to lower internal and external R&D as the scope of activities changed during 2023. It was announced in February 2023 that all internal research was to be put on hold and the laboratory was closed by July 2023. The tangible fixed assets and software were impaired during 2023 to reflect this. External research is ongoing on a much smaller scale in partnership with the University of Sheffield and the University of Bath.”
- “The directors have assessed the impact of the Russia- Ukraine war on the future performance of the company. It is not foreseen that the war will significantly affect the company's operations for the foreseeable future.”
- “Pillar Two legislation received Royal Assent on 11 July 2023 in the United Kingdom and applies to accounting periods beginning on or after 31 December 2023. As the Group's effective tax rate in the UK is above 15%, the Company does not suffer any additional Pillar Two top-up taxes by the application of Pillar Two.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
