“The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The immediate parent of the Company is Wm Morrison Supermarkets Holdings Limited and the ultimate parent and controlling party of the Company is Market Topco Limited. The Company has obtained a letter of support from the ultimate parent, Market Topco Limited, that confirms financial support will be provided, where required, for the foreseeable future and at least twelve months from the date of signing the financial statements and, in particular, it will not demand repayment of any amounts currently outstanding.”
