“The Company is dependent upon continuing financial assistance being made available by fellow group company, Brunel Healthcare Manufacturing Limited, to enable it to continue operating and meeting its liabilities as they fall due. This finance and support is available for a period of at least twelve months after the date of approval of these financial statements. The directors believe that it is therefore appropriate to prepare financial statements on a going concern basis.”
