“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate. In reaching this decision the directors have considered the results recorded in the 52 weeks to 29 December 2024, latest forecasts, covenant calculations and contractual agreements. The directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for a period of 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate that, taking account of reasonably possible downsides on the operations and its financial resources, the Company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for that period. Amounts receivable from debtors are stated at fair value and there have been no recovery issues against balances due that have been identified in the period since 29 December 2024 to the date of approving these financial statements.”
