“The Directors have performed a robust analysis of forecast future cash flows taking into account the potential impact on the Company of possible future scenarios. There was a net asset surplus as at 30 September 2025 of £2,474,302 (2024: £2,004,803) and the Company made a profit of £469,499 (2024: £620,453) for the financial year. Based on these assessments and having regard to the resources available to the Company, the Directors have concluded that there is no material uncertainty arising in the Company's ability to trade as a going concern and that they can continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
