“In assessing the Company's going concern position the Directors have considered all relevant facts, latest forecasts, an assessment of the risks faced by the Company and the wider Tribal Group, and considered potential changes in trading performance. Management have stress tested forecasts and conclude position is highly unlikely to breach covenants. Directors expect adequate resources for 12+ months and continue to adopt going concern basis.”
