Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The directors believes that this basis is appropriate as the Group and the Company has net assets in excess of its solvency requirement, is not dependent on any external finance or support from other related companies and is expected to continue to operate profitably for a minimum of 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements. At 31 March 2025, the Group had net current assets of £2,454,148 (2024 £2,199,825) and the Directors have considered the future impact of the global economy on premiums, claims and reinsurers. The Directors feels that there are adequate resources within the Group and that the going concern assumption remains appropriate.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-03-31 vs 2024-03-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
