Going concern
Affirmed

“With its principal activities transferred elsewhere, the company ceased to trade in 2015. The directors do not anticipate that the company will recommence trading but nor do they intend to wind up the company in the foreseeable future. The only figures reported in the current and prior year Income Statement and Statement of Financial Position relate to that ongoing existence, and the company has sufficient cash reserves to cover its liabilities as they fall due. Based on the above, the directors believe it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
