“The Company's.business activities are set out in the Principal Activities section of the Strategic Report on page 2. The Company's principal activity is the provision of property and asset management services for The Mall at Cribbs Causeway and related properties. Property management services are provided by CBRE and asset management services are provided by an asset manager. Property assets that provide funding to the Company via recharge invoice are profitable and there is no risk of insolvency. Distributions are planned prudently to ensure sufficient level of cash is available to fund additional recharge invoice from the Company if required. The Company has a prudent funding structure with its costs adequately covered via rental income received at property level. Directors are therefore confident that even with extra unforeseen expenses, the Company would still be in a stable position to meet working capital requirements. Having assessed the Company's prospective financial position and performance and having carefully considered the events and conditions set out above, the Directors have formed the judgement that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis for the period to 31 July 2026, being at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
