“The directors have considered the appropriateness of adopting the going concern basis for preparing the financial statements of this non-trading company. The assets of the Company consist entirely of investments in fellow group companies and having performed an impairment review, the directors' are satisfied with the carrying value of these investments. This, and the fact that the Company has no borrowings supports the directors opinion that the Company has adequate resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future, being at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
