“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. At 31 March 2025, the Company had cash at bank and in hand of £1k (2024: £2k). The Company has a resilient statement of financial position, with net assets of £1,578k (2024: £1,578k) as at 31 March 2025. The Company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements through its cash reserves and group borrowings. The Company's forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, show that the Company should be able to operate within the level of its current cash reserves and group borrowings. After making enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In addition, PayPoint will provide financial support to the Company such that it is able to operate as a going concern and to settle its liabilities as they fall due. The Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
