“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which The Directors believe to be appropriate. Under the new ownership of Basilic Fly, the group has prepared cash flow forecasts based on current trading which indicate that the group has sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the signing of these financial statements.”
