“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. While recent management accounts show operating losses, the company benefits from strong support from its parent company. A formal letter of support confirms that group balances will not be recalled and funding will be provided as needed. The parent company has significant net assets and cash reserves, and the UK entity remains strategically important to the group. Accordingly, the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
