- Going concern

“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditio”
Significant events
- “Trading was difficult, new product in particular which was heavily affected by delays in product deliveries as a result of supply chain challenges. Increases in interest rates bit hard given the high value of funded stock across the business, while used values were also hit hard by depreciation. Aftersales performed solidly with customer retention strong due to long established relationships and a high focus on customer satisfaction. In order to help mitigate the increased cost of funding, several new initiatives were introduced in the second half of the year which will stand the business in good stead moving forwards.”
- “So far this year, increases in Employers National Insurance and the National Living Wage have significantly increased the business's cost base. With the future economic outlook uncertain, we continue to look at advancing automation of processes along with investing in our leadership team so as to help future proof the business. The directors are aware that the business plan going forward needs to be flexible to meet the market conditions. Despite the challenging economic outlook, the business has shown significant improvement in its financial results for the first half of 2025 when compared with 2024.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
