“Based on the above, the Directors consider there to be no material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue to operate as a going concern. They have formed a judgement that there is a reasonable expectation that the Company have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the going concern period from the date of signing. For this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in the preparation of these financial statements.”
