Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

These included the time required to develop, implement and realise returns from new strategic initiatives, with several significant changes taking longer than anticipated and benefits therefore being delayed. In addition, trading was affected by the ongoing cost of living crisis, adverse weather conditions, a temporary reduction in insurance-related instructions, and a lower level of major project activity compared with the prior year.”
• “Subsequent to the year end, the external borrowing of £6m loans that sit in the parent company were refinanced with a 5 year facility of £11.1m. The facility include £10.1m amortising and interest-only term loans for refinancing existing indebtedness, shareholder re-organisation, and repayment of loan notes, as well as a £1m revolving credit facility for working capital purposes.”
