“The balance sheet of the Company at 31 December 2024 shows net assets of £12,184,048 (2023: £18,100,452) and net current assets of £12,112,948 (2023: £11,501,756). The Company meets its day to day working capital requirements through its group treasury arrangements. After performing the annual going concern review, making appropriate enquiries, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Therefore, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”

Geotab is a leading global telematics provider. Pending the deal closing in the coming months, the service and employees who support the accounts would transition to Geotab at this time. Verizon Connect and Geotab are committed to working closely together to ensure a seamless transition as part of the agreement. The proposed transactions provide continuity for European and Australian customer-facing teams and International customers, allowing them the resources needed to continue to grow in those markets under new ownership.”
