“The directors have considered a period of not less than twelve months following the date of signing the financial statements, in assessing the cash flows for the company. The forecasts show that there is sufficient cash for the company to continue trading and meet liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future and that there are no material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast doubt on the ability of the company to continue as a going concern.
