“Following the Group Reorganisation and bank debt repurchase company's management have prepared detailed monthly cash flow forecasts through to 2025 that reflect these trading conditions and on the basis of the forecasts the Company's management have a reasonable expectation that it will continue to be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period of not less than twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements and, consequently, continue to apply the going concern presumption in their preparation.”
