“The group financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, reflecting the directors' view that the group will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of the signing of these group financial statements. The directors have prepared monthly cash flow forecasts through until 31 December 2026. With net cash at 31 December 2025 of £8.99m no significant additional risks to the going concern position of the group were identified under any reasonable downturn scenarios.”
