“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The company meets its day-to-day working capital requirements from an intercompany loan (see note 13), together with operational cash flows and trading balances with the group headed by Bucherer Holding AG, the ultimate parent company. As a result of the above, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Company, therefore, continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements.”
