“For the year ended 31 March 2025, the Company has a net profit after tax of £58,152 (2024: £57,028). At 31 March 2025, the Company has shareholder's funds of £826,987 (2024: £768,835). The Directors have reviewed the Company's forecasts and projections and based on these have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company therefore adopts the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
