“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the Directors consider to be appropriate. In adopting the basis of preparation, the Directors have considered the cash requirements of the business through to 31 May 2027. The business has sufficient cash balances and has forecasted sufficient headroom in the cash position when considering upcoming capital expenditure. Consequently, the Directors are confident that the entity will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “Overall, the company experienced a decline in sales, reaching 32.89m, compared to 35.34m in the prior year. However, a large proportion (approximately 1 million) of this reduction in turnover was caused by foreign exchange movement, a strengthening of GBP versus USD over the period. Sales performance was also affected by external market conditions. Uncertainty around global tariff policies relating to imports into the USA created delays in fulfilling certain customer orders. This had an adverse impact on overall sales to the US market.”
- “Despite the reduction in sales, profitability remained resilient, with EBITDA reported at 3.33m. Although this represents a decline from the prior year's 4.6m, it is important to note that the FY24 result included a one-off uplift arising from the introduction of freight cost capitalisation.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
