  Notwithstanding that the group's total liabilities exceed its total assets by £58,805,994 as at 31 March 2025, thought the group incurred a loss of £622,134 and that its ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the continuing support of its shareholders, the directors are of the opinion that it is appropriate to prepare the Group financial statements on a going concern basis.
