“The Company's approach to assessing going concern is set out in detail within note 2.4 of the financial statements. Having regard to the post year end trading performance of the Company's subsidiary undertaking Supply Desk Limited and of the Group, and updated projections for 2025 and 2026, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and have further concluded that there is no material uncertainty over the going concern assumption. Thus, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
