“In order to facilitate any additional funding the Company has obtained a letter of parental support from Equifax Inc. The letter confirms that Equifax Inc. will provide financial support for a period from the approval of the financial statements to 30 September 2026. The Directors have considered the ability of Equifax Inc. to provide support and are satisfied that Equifax Inc. is able to provide that support given that Equifax Inc. generates cash from its operations, has significant cash reserves and an available credit facility maturing in August 2027. Accordingly, the Directors have concluded the Company has adequate resources to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for a period to 30 September 2026. Therefore, the Directors are satisfied they have a reasonable basis upon which to conclude that it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
