Affirmed

“During the year ended 31 December 2024 and up to the date of the approval of these financial statements, inflation rates had moderated but remained above historical averages. Fluctuations in interest rates had created a climate of uncertainty among investors, and had resulted in less predictable market conditions during the year. The ongoing conflicts between Russia-Ukraine and Israel-Gaza have significantly heightened geopolitical tensions, impacting global markets, trade and investor confidence. The directors have assessed the impact of these factors on the LLP and in particular the expected fee income over the coming months. Transactional and performance based revenues are expected to continue to be received at similar levels as they were in the year ended 31 December 2024. The directors have prepared detailed budgets and cashflow forecasts covering the going concern period and with careful management the directors are of the belief that the LLP is expected to continue to generate positive cash flows from its operating activities for at least the next twelve months from the approval of these financial statements. On this basis the directors believe that it is appropriate to continue to prepare these financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
