“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the Directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “The Group refinanced in the year, taking out a new bank loan and repaying all of the remaining shareholder loan notes in full. The new bank facility includes term loans of £15m, and interest is charged at 6.0% over base rate on £10.5m and 5.5% over base rate on £4.5m. The £4.5m is repayable in 18 quarterly instalments commencing 31 December 2024. The £10.5m is repayable on termination of the facility. The facility is due to be terminated in July 2029.”
