Affirmed

“The Directors currently believe that, based on the continued performance of group companies in line with the contractual arrangements in place for the leases and the credit worthiness of its group counterparties, the Company will be able to generate sufficient cash flows from operations and group funding to service its liabilities and realise its assets in the normal course of business. As a result, the Directors continue to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. In their assessment, the Directors have considered the fact that, following the refinancing, the Company has a new loan effective October 2023, with a loan maturity of February 2028. The leases currently in place, which the Directors understand will be extended upon their expiration, will provide sufficient liquidity to service the interest on the loan, with a fellow subsidiary company contributing to the Company funding sufficient to repay the principal loan amount. The intention to support the Company is commercially beneficial for the fellow subsidiary company and there is no legally binding agreement in place.”

Year-on-year

FY2022 → FY2023 · period ending 2023-12-31 vs 2022-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
