- Standalone (parent only)
- Auditor
- PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors have performed an assessment of the Company's abilities to meet its obligations as they fall over a minimum 12 month period from the date of signing of these financial statements and consider that it is appropriate for the financial statements to be prepared on the going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “A further specific risk for the Company is a change to UK government policy, as the effectiveness of childcare vouchers is dependent on tax legislation. In 2017 the UK government implemented the new UK Tax-Free Childcare (TFC) scheme. It is expected that the TFC scheme will progressively reduce the future earnings of the Company. The Company's existing Employer-Supported Childcare Voucher scheme was closed to new entrants from 4 October 2018.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
