“The Directors believe that the Company is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the period to ending September 2026, being a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. On preparing the annual report and financial statements, the use of the going concern basis of accounting is appropriate because there are no material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt about the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern.”
