- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The company deliberately has a broad customer base and has strong support from its Austrian parent undertaking. The company has ensured that all existing forms of finance, including trade creditors, are paid within agreed terms and will be so going forward. There are no banking or other covenants not being complied with. As a result of the above measures and key judgements made, the company directors are confident that the company continues to be a going concern.”
Significant events
- “In 2024, we started the year with an order backlog of around £2.3m compared to £4m in 2023. This inevitably put us on the back foot at the beginning of 2024; however, we generated marginally more sales throughout the year. The key issue for 2024 was the global increase in the cost of living, which inevitably affected businesses and markets here in the UK.”
- “Global events such as the continuing Ukrainian war which is now in its 4th year, the crisis and conflicts in the Middle East between Israel and Gaza, and the unpredictability of the forthcoming US President Trump's new term in office made 2024 difficult. Unfortunately for us, these external stresses and their repercussions impacted our performance throughout 2024, resulting in a small loss for the year.”
- “On a positive note, early in 2025, it is anticipated that some significant projects will come to fruition despite unpredictable market conditions. Dealers and third-party resellers continue to dominate the office furniture landscape, and we have strengthened our relationships with them. It is increasingly likely that 2025 may become a materially significant year in terms of our turnover.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
