“The directors are confident, based on their review of forecast of the ultimate holding company which includes revenue, gross margins and cash flows, besides other financial indicators that the company will operate successfully. Directors are reasonably assured from the assessment of the company's financial position, cash flow and long-term contracts in place or under renewal to continue operational existence for the foreseeable future and for at least twelve months from the date signing financial statements. Accordingly, the Company continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
